Our Story
A Family Saga in Stations.
Steam Table
One Steam Table. One Conviction.
Rosa and Miguel Delgado opened Feast with a single steam table in a 900 sq ft space on Morrison Ave. Their rule was simple: nobody leaves hungry, and nobody compromises.
Stations
The Carving Station Arrives.
Demand for the Sunday roast grew so fast we built a dedicated carving station. Prime rib, slow-smoked brisket, honey-glazed ham — all carved to order, every day.
Stations
The Wok Bar & Sushi Counter.
Chef Kenji Nakamura joined the family and transformed the east wing into a live wok station and sushi counter. The line wrapped around the block on opening night.
Stations
The Dessert Island.
When the dessert table caused a traffic jam at Christmas 2013, we knew. The Dessert Island opened in February 2014 — 24 rotating sweets, a crème brûlée cart, and a soft-serve tower.
"Come hungry. Leave happy. Repeat."
— Rosa Delgado, Founder
